The price I paid for it was something like $4.25. There is also Pom brand pomegranite/blueberry juice that sells for $3.99 but that's only a 16 oz. container.

Juice is better for you than soda and pomegranite juice is high in anti-oxidants. Pure pomegranite juice is very bitter so the blueberry juice helps sweeten it up a bit.

You may know this already, but coffee is supposed to have at least as many anti-oxidants as juice. And it's a lot cheaper, unless you like to get gourmet choco-vanilla-frothed-soy milk with cinamon added.

I just read in mens health mag. that dark soy sauce is loaded with anti toxins, more than red wine..(low sodium soysauce).
I try to put in everything now its not bad on scrambled eggs even so long as you use some tabasco or ketchup too.

I have 2 cups of coffee. One when I wake up and one in the afternoon to help me after eating a meal so I don't doze off.

Makes sense. Soy is pretty good for you. I'll have to try it on my scrambled eggs. I like tabasco but I'll try the soy sauce too.

Agreed. It's the stuff in the bottle with the green print if you're talking about Kikkoman's. The Tabasco sauce will help you not need as much sodium. Instead of salt and pepper on my scrambled eggs I just put on Tabasco.
